This training provides in-depth learning on understanding and preventing psychosocial risks in the workplace, in accordance with legal requirements regarding psychological health and safety. It is aimed at workers, managers, supervisors, and members of management who wish to contribute to a healthy, safe, and respectful work environment.

The training addresses the main psychosocial risks, including harassment and violence in the workplace, potentially traumatic events, as well as domestic, family, or sexual violence. It also covers the legal responsibilities of employers and workers, the complaint management process, recognized risk factors, the escalation of stress leading to work stoppage, and the concrete actions to be implemented according to each person's role in order to promote a psychologically safe workplace.
